From Taoyuan airport (TPE):

Taxi:

Time: 40 min / Fare: ~NTD $1300

Public transportation:

By a combined service of airport shuttle, THSR (Taiwan High Speed Rail) and taxi.

1) Take the airport shuttle bus to THSR Taoyuan station. (30 min/ NTD $30)

2) Take THSR from Taoyuan to Hsinchu. (10 min/ NTD $130)

3) Take a taxi to National Tsing Hua University. (15min/ NTD $240)

 

From Songshan airport (TSA) / Taipei Main Station:

1) Take Metro from Songshan Airport Station to Taipei Main Station. (15 min / NTD $25)

2) Take bus #9003 operated by Hsinchu Bus (新竹客運), or #2011 by Howtai Bus(豪泰客運) on the 2nd floor of the Taipei Bus Station (台北轉運站), which is about 30 meters north to Taipei Main Station (台北車站). The NTHU station is the second stop after the bus getting off from Hsinchu freeway juction. (70 min/ NTD $130)
