Abstract:
While thousands of exoplanets have been cataloged, most of them are mature, and giant planets in their infancy remain rare. Direct and indirect methods, from high-contrast imaging to disk kinematics, have been utilized to search for accreting protoplanets. In this talk, I will review these techniques and highlight some notable results, including our ALMA observations of the 11 Mjup wide-orbit companion SR 12 c.
